Birmingham is in Alabama, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Birmingham follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Customer service sucks! Embarrassingly bad, the employees just sit and eat and watch customers and chit chat while the checkout lines stretch out all the way down the store! They only have one checkout going despite multiple employees sitting around eating and chatting. Jeff Bezos, you can do better. Get your robots in here to help out, that would be much better customer service!

First time visiting, wanted a different atmosphere/ selection from the normal store. I was impressed, sure it’s a little pricier but for me it’s worth it every once in a while to try some new things. The brown butter chocolate chip cookies and lemon Italian soda in a glass bottle were a few of the things that stood out for me.

It is hit or miss. Salad bar lettuce does not look good. It was not refilled at 2pm. Not sure why. Pizza can be great if you hit at right times. Sometimes extra crispy and I like crispy but not extra crispy. Whoever is in charge of salad bar needs to do a much better job. Not just worry about 12pm customers. Some of us cannot eat until later. Do not always have things on stock. I guess the onion dip I liked is not coming back. The associates at registers very friendly. The various cookies especially with frosting amazing The doughnuts are great. Just want more consistency. Fresh market has more options. But certain items I can only get at Whole Foods.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding leadership and customer care at Whole Foods Market—specifically General Manager Ian and Assistant General Manager Davida. I recently ordered groceries through Amazon to be delivered to my mother and my son in Maryland, something I do regularly. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the system and the order was mistakenly delivered to my front door in Alabama instead. I spent hours on the phone with Amazon trying to resolve the issue, but didn’t get anywhere. The next day, I called the store and spoke with Ian, and I cannot say enough about how helpful and professional he was. He took the time to truly listen, understood the situation immediately, and went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did he ensure my mother and son received the groceries they needed, but he also made sure I was properly taken care of regarding the incorrect delivery. Davida was equally supportive and kind throughout the process, reinforcing that this location truly prioritizes customer care at every level. In a world where people are often quick to share negative experiences, I believe it’s just as important—if not more—to acknowledge when p

It’s 1 on a Wednesday and there isn’t any pizza and the pizza guy seems to be in no hurry to make any and always acts like it’s somebody else’s fault that there isn’t any (you’re the pizza guy). Ever since amazon bought Whole Foods the quality of the items have continued to go down. Pre Amazon the cookies and pizza were always top notch.
